OUI student busted after staging her own kidnap with boyfriend (Video)

A student at Oduduwa University, Ile ife, Osun State, identified simply as Faith, has been busted after she allegedly staged her kidnap with her boyfriend.

The 300-level student staged her abduction with her boyfriend and demanded N14 million as ransom from her adoptive mother.

It was gathered that the money had already been paid before the herbalist who the said boyfriend consulted reported him to the police.

Upon the arrest of the boyfriend who allegedly wanted to use Faith for rituals, he confessed to the fake kidnap. This prompted her adoptive mother to storm the school and have her arrested.

According to reports, the money had already been paid before the bubble was burst when the said boyfriend went to a herbalist, allegedly, to use Faith for rituals, but the man reported to the police and the boy was arrested. . . It was after the arrest that the suspect confessed to the fake kidnapping, prompting Faith’s adoptive mother to storm the school, today, to get her arrested also. . . It was gathered that the lady took the suspect as her child after she lost her mom. Investigation also revealed that she has already given her school fees to the said boyfriend.

In the video shared online, the mother can be seen beating Faith and subsequently having her pack her belongings.

According to reports, Faith was adopted by the lady after she lost her mum. Further investigation revealed that she gave her school fees to the said boyfriend.
